In 1981 the company METRICAIRE PTY LTD was sold and the principals of the company decentralised to South Gippsland and commenced operations under the newly formed name of GIPPSLAND SHEETMETAL INDUSTRIES PTY LTD at Inverloch in Victoria. Today the company is recogniosed as being the largest sheetmetal works in South Gippsland.

The factory offices are located at 83 Wonthaggi Road Inverloch - consist of
* 250 Sq/ft office space
* 8500 Sq/ft Factory manufacturing area
* 1900 Sq/ft Storage space

The company commenced supply and installation of Commercial and Industrial Air-Conditioning Systems, Dust Extration Components, Evaporative Cooling Units and later progressed into the feilds of Special Air Handling Projects and multistorey Garbage Chute Construction and Installation
